The Santa Ynez Valley Classical Tunes Series presents pianist Robert Cassidy and Ani Aznavoorian, the principal cellist of Camerata Pacifica, in a benefit concert, 5 p.m. Saturday, June 26 at St. Mark’s-in-the-Valley Church in Los Olivos.
To rejoice being in a position to perform once more for a dwell audience, Cassidy and Aznavoorian have prepared a concert of beloved sonatas which includes Beethoven’s “Sonata in C Big, op.102 #1” Debussy’s “Sonata for Cello and Piano” and the Brahms “Sonata in E Slight, op. 38.”

In 2018 Aznavoorian and Cassidy designed and executed the two-part The Beethoven Task for the Santa Ynez Valley Live performance Series. Throughout all those two concert events, Aznavoorian and Cassidy executed all of Beethoven’s performs for cello and piano.
Cassidy has gained acclaim for his performances and recordings of both of those solo piano repertoire and chamber tunes. He acquired his bachelors and masters degrees in piano general performance from the Manhattan School of Tunes, and medical doctor of arts in piano chamber songs and accompanying/piano functionality from Ball Condition University.
In addition to his performances, Cassidy has a educating vocation dependent at the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara. He has been artistic director of the Santa Ynez Valley Live performance Collection considering that 2019.
